I WILL TRAIN WITH PEOPLE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I vow that this saturday I will go out and and train with everyone. Training with Anton and friends should be fun. (as long as the prats who don't know what parkour is don't ruin the day)
Also... WHY AM I THE 1ST RESULT IN GOOGLE FOR PARKOUR BLOG?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Yeah not posted in a while and probally will forget too do so again as soon as I do this... Anyway not a whole lots been happening apart from some of the shits I used to train with have pissed me off to the point where i've been training alone since march or somthing like that... ANYWAY mainly just been drilling the basics and stuff but hopefully I shall start to train with some people soon and tis possible that a video (If I can be arsed to) will be be made. But yeah apart from that this year has been a barren waste as far as parkour is concerned but this shoudl all start to change soon (ish)

3rd of december Training.

The sunday just gone me and some guys went into town to train. It was a good day for me I perfected a kong to cat and managed to train alot of other stuff at various places in town. Seeing as it was yesterday I cant recall much but if I do ill post some stuff.
